Hi everyone!

Today’s post is something simple around nutrition – the “Dirty Dozen” and “Clean 15”. In today’s world, it’s hard to be sure of what chemicals and other crazy stuff is in and on our food. Buying organic is great, but I do know it can certainly add up!

This little pic below is great to inform us of when we should be more careful when buying fruits and veggies. While I really don’t like the idea of referring to food as “dirty”, it is a simple indication of which foods may contain more unnatural substances than others – and these are the ones to rather buy organically if the choice is available.
