We offer private and group yoga classes to all levels – from beginner to advanced. The classe styles are Hatha and Vinyasa flow and there is a focus on mobility in order to support all forms of fitness. We aim to support athletes in longevity and in injury – from runners to Spartan racers!
Kirstie Crystal has always had a passion for fitness and wellness. Her love and deep respect for the practice of yoga stems from understanding the need to listen to one’s body and to move with its rhythms. In her class, the focus is to let go, surrender to the breath and to build a nurturing love for the physical form and all of its wonderful intricacies.
